These terms apply to recruitment agencies and their users accessing Lustra. By using the service you agree to them.
Accounts
Access is by invitation. Agency directors are responsible for the users they add and for keeping credentials secure.
Credits and billing
Previews are free. Each approved download uses one credit. Plans, limits and prices are as agreed with your agency and may change with notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of your templates and CVs and confirm you have a lawful basis to process the candidate data you upload. You should review every document before sending it to a client.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other agencies' data, or upload unlawful content.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
